Why Choose Us?

We're not out to be the biggest, the best known or the most recommended dog walker in the area, we're just a small family business with a strong set of ethics and core values. We believe in what we do and how we do it and, moreover, we believe that by staying small, we can guarantee that our ethics and values remain at the heart of every service we offer to every customer we secure. We don't have staff and we don't use stand-ins. The people you meet at your house to discuss your pet's needs are the same ones who'll be there to take care of them in whatever way you've requested - that's us, Mark and Jeab, your friendly neighbourhood dog walkers.

Few dogs give a second thought to what the weather's up to, so come rain or shine we're out there doing what we know best: making dogs happy. We know that a well exercised dog is a happy dog, and a dog that's much less likely to get into mischief when back in the family home. Our walks combine woods, water and wildlife, with balls, frisbees and tug ropes, to give every dog a full hour of fun and frolics. With your dog's needs for both physical and mental stimulation well and truly met, we’re positive you’ll see the difference when you get home.

We're not just a couple of dog lovers looking to get paid for our passion, we're two highly focused individuals who've taken the time to study the principles of canine behaviour and how they relate to the practice of good dog walking. We take what we've learnt from the work of respected behaviourists such as Bruce Fogle, Kyra Sundance, Pat Miller and Victoria Stilwell and use it to help us assess each dog we take on. This allows us to better match dogs for our group walks and reduces the chances of hostility and aggression, making things safer for all involved. We use the same evaluation process for dogs needing solo walks, to safeguard them against the possibility of conflict with others.
